In a bowl, mix rolled oats, basil seeds, saffron. Incorporate cashew milk and maple syrup. Place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, chop pineapple and set to simmer on medium heat. Mash the banana with a fork and combine with pineapple in the pan. Continue to simmer for about 5 min.
