Ingredients

apple
organic, ripe, sweet variety

raisins
dark

dry apricot

Instructions
After rinsing thoroughly, soak raisins and dry apricots overnight in 3 tbsp of water.
In the morning drain the soaking water and set the raisins and apricots aside. Drink the water left after soaking.
Chop an apple into bite-size cubes.
In a small saucepan mix spices into 3 tbsp of water. Transfer soaked dry fruits, and bring it to a boil.
Add apples to a saucepan, mix well, and cover with the lid. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
Transfer into a plate or bowl. Let them cool a bit. Eat them warm.
Notes
You can have stewed apples as breakfast, or follow with another meal 30 min after;
