Digital Products

• All sales of digital books are final.
• No refunds or returns are available for digital products.

Physical Books

• Physical books may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Books must be in original, unused condition.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refund will be issued for the purchase price of the book once the return is received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at 754-312-7427 or info@positivepranic.com to request a return authorization.
2. Package the book securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Ship the item to the return address provided from customer support.
4. Include your order number and return reason with the package.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• The refund amount will only include the purchase price of the book, not the original shipping cost.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
