Making your plant-based ice cream is very easy.
Dee me making 8 Ice cream recipes 😋👇🏻
Here are some general ice cream prep points:
- All plant-based ice cream is made using very ripe bananas, avocado, or berries as a base.
- Natural sweeteners like dates, maple, or carob syrup can be used to add additional sweetness if desired.
- Some plant-based milk or fresh (not frozen) fruit (like coconut, almond, cashew, etc.) can be added in a small amount to initiate the blending process.
- Main ice-cream-making ingredients (fruits and berries) must be frozen ahead of time.
- Ginger, spices, nut butter do not have to be frozen.
- Choose any combination of the ingredients listed below and place it in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, scoop up and enjoy!
- This type of ice cream has a beautiful silky texture. I like it just like that, but if you prefer a firmer texture, you can place it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Try it, experiment with it, bring joy to others and your self 🙂

I love your fruity combinations. I make this fruity icecream in my ThermoMix 6. The last ingredient is an egg white and everything gets whipped at a high speed! The results are phenomenal and it takes 5 minutes.
