  • Dry roast cardamom and cloves until fragrant. Turn off the heat and add cinnamon and ginger powders. Cool down the spice mix.
  • Grind using a coffee grinder. Transfer into an air-tight spice jar.
  • Store at room temperature in a dark place. Use as needed.
