Easy and versatile, Instant Turkish fig jam has a naturally deep, complex flavor. Quick to make, this raw fig jam is as nutritious as it is delicious. The texture and consistency of this raw jam are identical to traditionally cooked jam.

I love the Turkish fig jam for its flavor profile versatility that assimilates with savory dishes as easily as it does with deserts. If you dilute the fig jam with water, it will make a perfect glaze to bake your fruits and veggies with.

You can apply the same technique to make raw jams from any dry fruits. So far, I’ve made it with prunes, dates, dry apricots, apples, mangoes, and pineapple. Plus it is literally instant. So, if you feel like your sweet tooth strikes, you know you have it covered.

Here it is, Your Raw Insta-Jam. Enjoy ❣
