CCF tea strengthens the digestive fire, and promotes a comfortable post-meal experience. This tea will help to break down mucus formation, and assist with detoxification. CCF Tea can be easily made at home by mixing an equal amount of coriander-cumin-fennel in a bowl and transfer the mixture into a jar. 

Combine two teaspoons of CCF Tea with 2 cups of water. 

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let the tea simmer for 5-15 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, serve.

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and transfer the mixture into an air-tight jar. Store in a dark, dry place.

  • Combine two teaspoons of CCF Tea with 2 cups of water in a saucepan; bring it to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5-15 minutes (the longer you simmer, the stronger it gets).
  • Remove the pot from the heat. Carefully pour the mixture through a mesh sieve into a heat-safe cup.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
