Lake Meditation is a guided meditation that will help you get rid of anxiety, stress, relax, and let go. This mindfulness-based meditation is practiced while lying down and can be done with great effect at the end of a long day, although you can do it at any other time.

This is an easy, immersive meditation suitable for all experience levels.
You will need a safe and quiet space where you can be comfortable and relax for at least 20 min.
You will be lying on your bed, floor, or wherever you feel safe and comfortable.
You can cover yourself with a blanket or put a pillow under your knees.

By now, many have tried meditation as a way to reduce stress and find a sense of calm. As someone who teaches meditation and does it herself, I can say that meditation practices are important to my physical and emotional health. I created this Lake Meditation based on mindfulness techniques developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn (the founder of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society).

I’ve found this meditation effective in reducing anxiety, improving sleep, and promoting overall relaxation. In addition to its anxiety-reducing benefits, this meditation is also helpful for relieving stress, and improving mental health, while practicing mindfulness.
