Winter Melon – Pistachio Smoothie with fresh coconut, mint.

  • puffed quinoa (or puffed amaranth, puffed buckwheat)
  • roasted sesame seeds
  • hemp seeds
  • seasonal fruits, berries
  • mint leaves
  • coconut shavings
Instructions
  • Soaking raw pistachioswith a splash of lemon and a pinch of salt ower night. In the morning thoroughly rinse your pistachios.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth and creamy
