- 1/2 cup pistachio (raw, soaked overnight, strained )
- 3 cups winter melon (ash gourd, chopped)
- 3 Medjool dates
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 1/2 cup coconut (freshly ground or from the freezer )
- 3 mint leaves (fresh)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom pods
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
GARNISH SUGGESTIONS
- puffed quinoa (or puffed amaranth, puffed buckwheat)
- roasted sesame seeds
- hemp seeds
- seasonal fruits, berries
- mint leaves
- coconut shavings
- Soaking raw pistachioswith a splash of lemon and a pinch of salt ower night. In the morning thoroughly rinse your pistachios.
- Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth and creamy
