Eternal Echo
In my quiet stillness, in the sting of my grief,
when loss feels vast beyond belief,
I bring this thought to get relief:
Love never dies, it always flows, it’s not a thief.
I take a breath…
And I repeat…
It may seem that love has slipped away,
leaving echoes of words left unsaid,
but love is not lost when tears are shed,
it’s the pulse within, life’s connecting thread…
Love isn’t tied to the form we wear,
it braves the storm, its essence ever clear,
even through the gloomiest of haze,
Love is the light that always remains.
I behold in my heart all the moments shared,
laughter, the dreams that I dared,
Love’s echo in memories aired,
became solace in the midst of grief’s despair.
I’m allowing the tears, letting my heart weep,
in love’s endless depth, I steep.
