It’s okay not to feel okay. It’s completely okay to feel sad and to express those emotions. Allow yourself the time and space to feel and heal. Don’t let fear or insecurity hold you back. You’re capable of living a fulfilling life, no matter what obstacles may come your way. Your journey is unique and valuable. Trust your gut, make your own path, and everything will work out in the end.
Hello, my dear, I know it’s not easy for you right now. You’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, and like you’re in a dark place. And let me tell you, words can be meaningless when you’re going through a tough time. You hear people say things like “be strong” and “it’ll all be fine,” and it just upsets you even more. The truth is, those phrases don’t always bring relief. But I want you to know that you are not alone. I want you to hold on and trust that things will get better. It’s completely okay to feel sad and to express those emotions. This is a tough time, but it’s also an opportunity for growth and strength. You are capable and strong. Don’t give up, my dear friend. Hold on and take care of yourself.

Hi there, my dear,
I know it’s not easy for you
to be here
where words lost all meaning,
but when they say:
“just be strong” or “all will be fine”
you get upset,
and your chest gets tight.
You just want to scream and cry,
but your eyes remain dry…
Words don’t make you feel better.
In fact, they may hurt.
So I wish I could hug you from miles away
and through time I would fly
to get rid of your pain.
it feels like the world is filled with dust,
so you can’t see far enough
to allow yourself to go and to trust,
and the breathing is tough,
and whenever you look,
you can’t see the light,
you can’t find the goodness,
But I plea you to try and to trust it is here,
and you know what you know,
and you hear what you hear…
you remember that light and darkness,
with highs and lows,
are a natural process of life for us all,
we all go through this once in a while,
so I hear you,
and I feel your heart as it beats right here,
And there is no need to understand
or make sense of it now,
but please know,
it will end soon.
you’ll wake up,
and you’ll see the sun –
the sun that shines just for you,
and you’ll hear little birds all around
singing a beautiful song
just for you,
and you’ll feel
how the tender breeze caresses your skin
as if you’re the most cherished being in the world;
and you’ll feel
you’re Alive and well,
striving to Live
and see the joy in each day.
And as you rise,
in every little thing you do and touch,
you’ll embrace a new way to stride;
and you’ll see
that all the darkest moments of your life
made you a wiser, deeper,
more compassionate and loving being,
so you can be there
for every living-breathing thing…
but for now,
I just ask you to hope for the best,
and never give up,
knowing the light will be back.
This time of your life might be here for a reason
but I promise,
you’ll look back on it knowing
that you’re all right,
it’s okay to feel sad right now;
Pour your heart on the paper,
or sing a song,
curl up under a blanket and let your tears flow,
be alone if you have to,
dance like mad if you want,
do whatever you need to,
but deep down,
that this is a stage,
and the main actor
and that this is your story,
and your tears,
you’re in charge of it all.
So let the tears flow
as you write it your way,
the way you want it to go;
I believe you can do it,
you’re amazing and strong,
you get brighter and wiser,
